Reasons why I am motivated

1. My family because they are the reasons why I am what I am today. I want to become better their lives
2. My dream because everyone wants to become their dream came true. I want to reach my goals.
3. Estate in life, in order to become successful I will perceive and continue my studies in Philippine Military Academy.
4. My friends because if they can, I should also.
5. The things that I haven't because of that I persevere to have that so I need to focus on my goals to get my needs.

VISION

After 15 years, I should become a successful individual, having a successful life and simple family, reaching other goals, supporting the Armed Forces of the Philippines by maintaining the peace and prosperity and securing and protecting our country.

What things do you stand for?

I stand for my family because they were the one who cares for me, I love them like my love for God and Country

What are your strongest beliefs?

My strongest beliefs in life is the importance of time because time never been back all the task will past and became your stories, experiences, life event, and history. Always remember to think before you proceed to your task.

How do you want to live your life?

I want to live my life simple but complete like having a work, house, family and personal needs

How do you want to define yourself?

I want to define myself a responsible individual, countrymen, soldier, siblings and son.

What words do you want to live by?

Always have faith in God because God never fails us.

My Autobiography

My Autobiography

      As the day comes, there is a special thing happened or not. There are many new inventions, found, individual, places or something else.
On the 30th day of November, 1998 there is a baby born on that day at General Emilio Aguinaldo, Cavite. He is given the name John Andrew and now 19 years old. He is the second child of Joel and Helen Gloriani. His father is a jail guard and his mother is a simple housewife. His father is very industrious in his work and doing a part time job to survive and support his family, mostly to his sons to pursue and continue their education while his mother always took care for her children, she didn't want to go outside her sons. he has a two siblings. Josselie is the eldest and Joharry is the youngest among us. Josselie is a cadet of Philippine Military Academy, now on his hopefully the graduating year. Joharry is now a Grade 12 at Olivarez College-Tagaytay. John Andrew is also a cadet and now a second year or thirdclassmen at Philippine military Academy, pursuing his career to graduate in the prestige institution because of the scholarship program he can help his parents through the expenses instead for his education and personal needs.
     He finished his studies at Bailen Elementary School and Gen. E. Aguinaldo National High School-Bailen. HE graduated as the Valedictorian of their class. He continued his studies in college at Polytechnic University of the Philippines and taking the Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He didn't finished his course because of passing to be a cadet and he is the one of the chosen to be a cadet and scholar of the government at Philippine Military Academy for passing the entrance examinations and qualifications of the institution.
     To be a cadet is very difficult to be choose. He didn't  believe that he will become a cadet that is before, he is a civilian watching them in formations and drills. He is also a member of Silent Drill Class of 2021 performing the exhibitions of sword. Waiting for the new class or plebe to join and teach them how to become snappy. He is now enjoying and continuing to graduate in the institution and reaching his goal to become a good leader of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

              We all know that being a leader or to lead is very hard, but there are many ways to become excellent in leading and to have a good leadership. In order to have that they must know the skills and abilities of their subordinates. Also they must have the what we called the Ten Core Values.

              
































Having these values, honor, excellence, respect, courage, humility, integrity, loyalty, duty, solidarity and love for God and Country you can now be successful in leading
              You must have an Honor to have your subordinates faith in you. To give their trust in you and follow you as if you have a task for them.
              Excellence, is not mean being perfect, it means is being good or professional to something. Doing great job and doing anything for the success of your team.
              Showing courtesy to others like is showing your respect to someone. Using polite words, following instructions of a leader, preventing a bad habit that is opposite in your plan.
              Take all the challenges even though you do not know how it is dangerous. Thinking of something that can help you to motivate and continue those tasks.
              Not abusing his power to his underclass or subordinates, being gentle.
              Doing the right in reliable way. Perform your job even though there is no supervising.
